The Independence Day which falls on 15th August was celebrated with great fervour by the students of the school.
The celebration began with a parade and unfurling of the National flag. The school band played the National Anthem. A short speech with a message of patriotism and love for one’s country was given by the Principal Mrs. Hutoxi Mistry.
A programme followed with dances and songs on the theme of unity, allegiance to one’s country and patriotic sentiments presented by the students of standards VII and VIII.
