International Yoga Day


International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June 2023. Yoga aims to provide mental health and physical health. Regular practice of asanas help in the fitness of mind and soul. It also rejuvenates the body and keeps one calm. Students of all classes participated in the celebration of the yoga day. Some of the Asanas performed were:-
